Apr. 9th, 2006 11:50 pmtoday, for i don't know what reason, i was sniffing all of the Axe bodywashes at the supermarket. and i found a new-ish one that smells almost exactly like the one that Ingmar used to use, way back when i met him. (damn, that was in 1998) (and it's called Kilo. go figure.)
funny how smells can bring up whole universes of memories and emotions.
i just had to buy it, and emerse myself in... what? not self-pity, no... nostalgia, i suppose. wistfulness, maybe.
it's all very bittersweet.
and, i now have the (unofficial) biggest clock in the world up on the wall behind my computer. i'll post a pic soon, along with a pic of my dad's "biggest car in the world".
