Apr. 22nd, 2006 12:24 amJustine, my cat, is not doing too well. she's almost 18, so one would expect an eventual downslide, but hey! i've had her ever since i can remember, and it is sad and scary to think of life without her. she's a true, loving and devoted friend, and i will miss her terribly when she's gone.
luckily (or not, depends on how one views it), i've not had to deal with very much death in my 25 years (though an awful lot of near-death car crashes!), and while i know one can never really get used to it, i'm sure one can develop healthy ways to cope.
i don't believe i've developed these yet. i don't know how i will react or deal with her passing. i am not looking forward to this.
